ECF has been tested and verified to work correctly with the Netscape 4.6x, 4.7x and Internet Explorer 6.0 browsers covered in the Court's user manual . Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer 7 and FireFox can be used, but please note that problems using the browser are not supported by the court's technical support staff as they have not been certified for use with ECF and have known issues in their use with ECF.Important Notice to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.X & 8.X Users:
Recently Microsoft released Internet Explorer 7.0 and 8.0 Many of the new features including: Tabbed Browsing, Phishing Filter and enhanced security settings could block your ability to utilize our system. Please refer to Microsoft's Internet Explorer 8 support page or contact your local I.T. department for assistance. Internet Explorer version 8.X is not supported by the court's technical support staff.Important Notice to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.X Users:
A common issue with Internet Explorer 6.x is when the [Back] button is clicked, you COULD receive a message telling you to refresh the page. If this occurs, the only escape from this condition is to either logout of ECF and then log back in OR simply start your docketing steps over again.
